Actually, you have attempted to claim that it isn't a non sequitur, you have accidentally written that it is, and you have not offered any explanation or argument to support your position.

Look, you can keep insisting that a non sequitur is a non sequitur as much as you like, but it's not going to convince anyone who isn't you. The point I tried to get through your thick skull is that intellectual honesty does not depend on absolute certainty. As long as one makes a conclusion that is supported by the available evidence he is intellectually honest. That's all that's required.
Nobody has literally witness macro evolution for example. Nobody sat there and witnessed simple organisms evolving into fish, mammals, then primates humans etc. But based on the available evidence we can conclude that evolution is most likely true. And until such time as somebody presents strong evidence to the contrary, the theory of evolution is the intellectually honest position to take.
Same with the queen movie. Based on all available evidence that scene in the movie did not take place. And until you can present some compelling evidence that it did, the intellectually honest position is that it did not happen, and to challenge that position without evidence is therefore the intellectually dishonest position.
