Looking good mate. I've registered for the site. Let's hope we can get back to some semblance of what this place used to be. I don't post often, but I've been around for 16 years and it's a shame to see what was once a great and informative forum reduced to the shit-show that it is now.

As a member, I make the background blue, as opposed to the harsh white, for easier viewing. Anyway, your ('our') new forum looks quite similar. Also, especially in this volatile political climate, there are definitely disagreements, but the tone has to be civil. Too harsh of a tone, or 'beating a dead horse' can result in warnings or probation or a 'chilling out' period. Personal attacks result in banishment.
We know that when we come on board. I'm looking forward to that with your new endeavour.

@The Real Idiot, have you stopped to consider that maybe this place has been circling the drain because Queen as a band has been circling the drain, and all this place is doing is holding up a mirror to that fact, figuratively speaking?
Surely, even someone as intellectually dishonest as yourself would have to concede that a rock band touring with a weirdo cabaret karaoke singer and making a biopic about Freddie Mercury that turns out to be a movie about Brian May and how HE was the one to mastermind the band's success, and following it up with the guitarist appearing all over the news for assaulting some camera guy, after posting some shit about vegenuary on top of some other sanctimonious crap, is not the band many of us have fallen in love with.
People are complaing, but they have reasons to. Nobody is inventing things out of thin air to complain about. And if you have a problem with that go join Brenski's thread. He will tell everybody what they can and cannot say and thus protect you and other snowflakes like you from the ugly truth.

But at least we may be able to have a thread on a topic without it going into the same crap you're talking about here. We respect your opinion as everyone's opinion is different but we don't need to read the same thing on every second post of every thread. It has made the forums unusable.

Why not just ignore the threads and replies that don't interest you, like I do? On every forum I've ever particulated in, no matter what the forum is about, most of the threads and replies were of no interest to me. But do I go policing every reply? Do I attack people for saying something that I find silly, or boring or disagreeable, or whatever? No, because that's what fascists do. Plus I think it's rude.

The threads are unreadable because of it. It is painstaking to try and read through them which has made the forum obsolete. Many of us have asked for the continuous shit to stop but it has just gotten worse. It appears by your posts the topics don't interest you so you skip most of them and just start with your same crap about how horrible Brian is, how AL s shit (yeah which I share a similar view but I don't ram it down everyone's throat) and the continuous 'intellectual dishonesty' bullshit statements you throw at everybody. And I should point out it's not just you it's several of you and now the forum is as good as dead. You can't just skip through the crap because you have to go through 3 pages of crap to find one post on topic. In my opinion the forum is done and you are one of those responsible for twisting the knife that was already in it.

I come here almost everyday, and yes. I could live without some members. Troll removal and blocking and and removal of very annoying members i would support.
