I don't think Hot Space is all that bad, but it's definitely not my favorite album. Still there are some songs on it that I like a lot, Under Pressure and Las Palabras De Amor in particular. But I think it is probably the weakest album that Queen released.+
i don't like the works for its sound.after a lot of time you listen to it it's quite boring.other queen albums are still fresh after 15 years
It's a wonderful album, really. O.k, it may sound different to the earlier Queen albums, but it really rocks!
I really don't think "Body Language" is crap...not at all! It's a chill-out song...with an excellent bass-rhythm!
So I like the album Hot Space...not my favourite one, but i do like it!

HOT SPACE HAS 2 DIFFERANT SIDES TO IT. REMINDS ME LIKE QUEEN II. SIDE 1 HAS ITS FUNKY ELECTRO SIDE.AND SIDE 2 HAS LESS OF A FUNKY ELECTRO SIDE.HOT SPACE IS THE BLACK SHEEP OF QUEEN ALBUMS.BUT, I LOVE IT!!!

For me Hot Space is good in parts, but never great:
I have never liked Staying Power, it has such a weak sense of drive.
Dancer is good in the solo. Otherwise so-so.
Body Language I like for the sordidness of the idea, but I think is musically weak.
Back Chat I do like.
Calling All Girls I do like.
Life is Real has really grown on me.
Put out the fire is OK.
Action This Day has grown on me.
Las Palabras de Amor I have gone off somewhat. The synth wash makes it feel messed up.
Cool Cat I hated but now I quite like.
Body Language is OK,but has never grown on me much. And I actually don't like Bowie's voice in it.
