I once heard The Night Comes Down...
I was flipping out. I kept thinking "Where the hell did they find this?" It was on 92.3 KGON here in Washington.

Anne Nightingale - a BBC Radio1 dj used to have a sunday afternoon show and she always used to play "lazing on a sunday afternoon" as a jingle or a link between news/music
...and she usually played it (all 1 minute +) in full

Innuendo was frequently played on WNEW in New York
as well as Headlong. But between The Game release and The Miracle, not much was happening radio wise for Queen. I heard Staying Power a couple of times on one of NY's top 40 radio stations. That was a surprise. When News of The World was released, I caught Queen Live at the Hammersmith Odeon Christmas Concert on King Biscuit Flower Hour. They played the entire concert at least 2 times during that year. What a performance!!!!

Here in Germany they don't play Queen songs very often on the Radio. But "A kind of magic" and "Radio Gaga" are songs that are played from time to time.
But i remember some years ago i hear "Body Language" and another time "Sail away sweet sister" and i was quite amazed.

- Killer Queen
- Bohemian Rhapsody
- Somebody To Love
- We Will Rock You
- We Are The Champions
- Fat Bottomed Girls
- Crazy Little Thing Called Love
- Another One Bites The Dust
- Under Pressure
Let's not forget "Bicycle Race." And sometimes "You're My Best Friend."
I've also heard "Radio Ga-Ga." In recent years, other songs that weren't initially big hits have gotten airplay exposure due to current events; "The Show Must Go On" was included in the soundtrack and movie "Moulin Rouge"; "I'm In Love With My Car" has popped up due to the Lexus ads; and I've heard a lot of "I Want to Break Free" since the C2 ads.

Dunno if that counts, but WDR2 (radio station in Germany) is currently airing Hammersmith Odeon from 1975... So THAT is rare...
