Most unusual Queen song that you've heard on the radio.

I recently heard 'It's Late' on the New York Classic Rock Station Q 104.3. Kinda weird since all radio stations in the U.S. only play...

Since Queen's popularity faded away in the 80s, they don't play any of the 80s hits after 'Under Pressure'. However, I remember hearing 'The Show Must Go On' three times since 1996, though.

Also by a weird chance, I heard 'Keep Yourself Alive', and 'Spread Your Wings'.

The only songs I've heard other than the usual ones you listed are Keep Yourself Alive a few times and Tie Your Mother Down once. I know TYMD wasn't released as a single here in the US, but I'm surprised it's not played more often, since it's so radio-friendly. I switch between two classic rock stations, but lately, both have been playing 60's and 70's, so I never hear Another One Bites The Dust or Crazy Little Thing Called Love anymore.

The George Michael-sung 'Somebody To Love' back in 1993. Boy, was that a surprise!

The entire The Works album. So Keep Passing the Open Windows and Man on the Prowl.

A local radio station did a tribute recently. They played the entire album. *gasp*

Pathetic stations. I've heard Liar, Misfire, She Makes Me and AKOM Highlander on MY station.

sometimes i hear sheer heart attack and liar once or twice.

Spread Your Wings. . . also on Q104. Keep Yourself Alive I've heard a little more often on that station but it's always a surprise when I hear it

I also heard "A Kind Of Magic" on an '80s time-warp weekend on a local station. I don't think I've heard that song on the radio since 1986...lol

i would love to hear "magic" on new york radio, underated song in the states.

one of the local shows on WDFN (sports talk station in Detroit) uses a lot of odd Queen tracks as their music when coming back from commercial! I LOVE that......nothing like hearing Sleeping On The Sidewalk's intro when you're not expecting it! heh....

Yup, those are the only songs I really hear..only I have never heard, "Tie Your Mother Down" and "Under Pressure" on the radio. The most unusual one I have heard is "I'm in Love with my Car."
