okay queen will never be the same again but for gods sake im only 15 and i couldnt remember the great man himself. so this tour is the next best thing in my eyes.

i will see them in may and if i dont like it then tough shit but i wont come on here talking shit saying queen died in 1991 and stuff

Dont you know Freddie is pronbobly happy to see this. He would be upset to see them not do this. Freddie Mercury was the lead SINGER not lead BAND MEMBER. You guys make me sick.

I don't what funnier, the ppl who didn't get that this is a joke. The ppl still ranting that this tour is a disrespect to Freddie & John's good name. Or the ppl who were so against this tour and damned it right from the word go but are now planning to attend the show should it arrive in their town. Kind of hypocritical don't cha think?

Just watch a interview with freddie with a brazian repoter before rio he says himself he is not the leader of the band just the singer!!!!!!!!

Strange thing- most of the ppl that didn't get the joke.. I just simply don't know... I've been on this board for 2-2 and a half years and I don't know who they are and they probably don't know me. The ones who GOT it were mostly the ones I DO recognise or even know.

I agree. Brian, Roger and Rodgers together are NOT Queen even if they perform Queen music. It's all for the money. They sucks...

All these people slagging each other off for daring to criticise anything about the tour etc is getting boring. Everyone is entitiled to their opinion. Those people who say that you have to agree with everything Brian and Roger do or you're not a true Queen fan are also talking rubbish. As a Queen fan of nearly 30 years I do class myself as a true fan (one who skivved off school to secure concert tickets, and I'm a teacher now). Hovever I'm long past the stage of uncritical adoration of everything they do. It doesn't mean I love their music any less. As for the tour, I and those I know personally have the same view. We are not happy about the use of the Queen name deep down. It won't stop us going to the concerts though because we are still pleased as punch that Brian and Roger are performing together again (just like we didn't hesitate to go to their solo shows, but this is better). As for Paul Rodgers, having seen him with Bad Co I can vouch for him being very, very, good. No, he isn't Freddie but then we all know that there will never be anyone like him again. I do think that Brian and Roger have done, and worked with some very dubious stuff post Freddie using the Queen name which bothers me far more than using the name for this tour, despite not being really keen on the idea. Hooking up with Paul Rogers however I have no problem with. John will be sorely missed.
