I'm a Queen fan, but Pink Floyd was amazing on Live 8, i must say. I just finished to watch their performance, and it was incredible.
I hope they'll be back soon playing.

Glad you enjoyed it. But why the need to introduce yourself as a Queen fan, as if it's a sin to like Floyd? It's okay to love more than one band, you know!
As far as I'm concerned... Gilmour, suck it up. It was 22 years ago. Waters was having a blast. I was totally thrilled to see them together, even though the damn Canadian tv station only showed two songs. I still need to see Wish and Numb.

They were amazing! I can't believe how great they sounded after not playing together for so many years. I wish they'd continue to put aside their differences and go on tour!

I just watched the Floyd set.. WOW... they were GREAT.. it was as if they had never had a day apart.. they were TIGHT as a band.. it was incredible.. I totally enjoyed it. here in the US the lousy station that showed this had a habit of cutting in as a song was in progress and out before the last one was over so I stopped watching it.. MTV and VH1 SUCKS!!!!

I still cant believe how good they sounded. I waited all day for them. For me they made up for Queen not being there.
God it was fucking amazing. No words can describe.
