Brian, Rog and Paul will all of you welcome with a handshake at each of both venues... so why worry? Have fun instead you "chosen few"! :-)))
Is there realy anyone out there in the US who thinks, they´ll be touring "god´s own country" again next year? Why should they do it???
Go and get your tickets for one of those two shows NOW... sorry to say, but in my opinion it´ll be the last chance ever for you to see "half of those champions" (Brian & Roger) on stage together in North America!

OK i got both emails. One from Jacky and one from QOL.
Actually, you don't pay fan club membership for ticket privileges. The fan club is a private organisation and it's all owed to Jacky's effort that she does get such presale privileges for her members. You cannot expect that the record company steps back in favour of the fan club. Jacky is the last person who should be blamed.
People who are well informed by the internet will definitely get a ticket, there is no need to panic. This whole presale ist just another hype to create a demand that might not be there without presales. Just relax and buy your tickets.

I think the main problem is that in the US tickets are snapped up very fast by ticket touts and other ticket resellers. That is why people are so upset. The problem is SO much worse in the US than it is in Europe. It can be VERY hard for an ordinary fan to get decent seats, since virtually no concerts here are general admission.
I did not know that, I hear a lot about concerts not selling out and artists actually lowering the prices in the USA. I just hope that you all get tickets and enjoy the show.
On some of the websites for ticket resellers over here I have seen them charging $170+ for tickets to a Queen tribute band.
Perhaps lessor known acts are lowering prices but bigger acts are still expensive to go and see.

This is, without a doubt, the single biggest cluster fuck that I have seen. So much for the "double secret" password. I nearly came out of my chair when I recieved the e-mail today from QOL.
That said, just having corresponded with Jacky YESTERDAY, renewing my QFC membership YESTERDAY, only to find out that every ticket broker from here to Timbuktu is gonna be right there with me, picking up the best seats. I had thought that the sole reason that fan club members were getting the chance to buy Thursday was to eliminate this problem.
I guess I was wrong, and I guess I wasted $30.
What a load of steaming bullshit.....

Wow. It appears certain fan club members got their “best available” tickets the 27th through Arena Travel. Read on:
The Official International Queen Fan Club has asked its tour operators Arena Travel to come up with 3 great holiday packages enabling you to see Concerts in New York, Los Angeles or both. The following options are available but in order to guarantee the best available Concert Tickets Arena has to reserve them by Wednesday 27th July. Sorry about this short notice but the Promoters have no say in this and if we don’t confirm our allocation we’ll lose them and you can guess how hard it’ll be to get Concert Tickets after that.

K that's not fair to the US fans who were waiting for QPR to come to the states and these folks get first dibs yet again by booking a trip? I wonder how many people are doing that organized trip...
I have heard other people say regarding that trip that there is no guarantee of where the seats will be.
I wonder how many albums Queen has sold in the US and North America in the past 30 years? (rhetorical question)

True...just getting too hyped up about all this ticket crap! :)
It'd be cool if there were some sort of package deal for north american fans too that would include the NJ and LA gig.

Good point...that would have been a nice thing to have arranged for the US fans...I certainly would have gone for it!!!

Check your email for a message from someone named Chris. Nothing says we can't organize something ourselves . . . in addition to the giant pre-gig tailgate party! All hail Chris for keeping a positive attitude on this one!
