Yeah, I guess I just thought the Beacon because that's where Brian played in New York. Radio City would be grand -- imagine their name on that classic deco marquee (if it is the original design, that is!). They would tear that place up.

So, let me get this straight...
According to my knowledge, there was a European tour with 32 dates, and no package deal for US fans to see the shows.
There are now two US shows, and there are three choices of package deals for European fans to come here.
Hmmmmmmm..................
Your thoughts?

Oh, Sir GH, believe you me, I have thought the same thing.
Another thing is that North America, last time I looked on the map, is about twice as big as Europe, twice as many people abouts, and putting together a package deal for American fans for these shows would have been pretty great. What could it have taken? I dunno, a travel agent?
It's kind of a culture clash thing. No matter how you dice it, UK people are Europeans, not Americans with funny accents :). They get pretty good vacations, they can plan these things a couple months ahead of times.
We American Joe Shmoes, most of use are, like, temping or working 52-weeks a year. We gotta put our own packages together! (Insert Battle Hymn of the Republic here, I spose.)
Still, a little sumpin-sumpin from the powers-that-be would make for something....

Y'know . . . there might be more actual FC members in the UK.
Regardless, many of us put together our own UK tours--I ran into people from Australia who were there for the Queen gigs. People came in from all over. What would be cool is for North American FC people to get together with the UK FC people. I'm tellin' ya, those people know how to have a good time. Anybody up for getting a group together to host something with them? Even if it's just the Meadowlands Tailgate Party . . .

About this tailgate party.. Who is actually going to have a car with them? ;-)
Oh, I think it would be great to have the UK people out in the parking lot, man. Lord knows they were doing their own version of tailgating at the Wembley show.
The logistics shouldn't be too hard.

That's a link about tailgating at the CAA. So it's, like, legal and all.
And here's a map of the parking lots:

We could all basically pick a parking lot and meet there.
Oh, and Ladies. Here's a quote:
"Port-o-sans are located throughout the parking lots."
Rest easy, those who cannot wee outside!
