A.) ROTC their first failure?? Gee... I didn't realize a live album could be a failure. A live album is basically only geared towards the true fans, and I don't think Queen is concerned much about it's lack of sales.
B.) First failure in the USA? Look again. I'd bet good money that Made In Heaven didn't sell for shit here.
C.) My new least favorite type of moron are these people that believe greatness must be left at greatness, or else it could become less. Nothing Brian or Roger can do impacts the original Queen negatively in the slightest.
It's like all these NBA fans that whined about Michael Jordan coming back with the Washington Wizards and not making the playoffs 2 years in a row. Did that make his Bull's legend any softer? No, it didn't. And he did, 1 day after his 40th B-day become the 1st 40 year old in history to score 40 or more points in a game.
Back to my point... Queen is gone. Queen + Paul Rodgers is here... DEAL WITH IT!!! If you don't like it, look the other way, but it is pathetic in all ways possible to expect or even hope for Brian and Roger to alter their desires so as not to deface your image of Queen. I, for one, love this tour and am just so eternally grateful that it has given me the opportunity to see my favorite band of all time, tour in some form or another. Thank goodness they don't listen to whiney brat fans like you and the Brian's-Poodle(?) guy.

This tour is such a blessing for the American Queen fans. For the people who are seeing their favorite group again after all these years, it is a miracle.
