I'll post what I wrote over on QOL...This show was absolutely fantastic! It was definitely more energetic than New Jersey. My friends and I were originally sitting 12 seats from the catwalk, and 12 rows back, and I was worried that we weren't going to be able to see (I'm only 5 feet tall). We ended up jumping over the seats in front of us and going to the catwalk during the first song. It was probably one of the most exciting moments of my life when I realized that Paul was standing about 2 feet from me- it was amazing! The band was great, and they seemed to really be enjoying themselves. The place was packed- I hardly saw any empty seats, and the audience was really into it. I loved during 'All Right Now' when they had the audience sing the chorus 4 times in a row! I took a bunch of pictures, and I can't wait to see how they came out! Amazing show!!

It was also not "three quarters full," as the review says. The top 300 sections were largely empty on the sides, but that adds up to around 800 seats tops, empty. I'd sat it was 9/10 full, sort of the same as DC from what I head. I'd say it was 10,000 out of 12,100.
Anybody have hard numbers.

By the way -- for all you Queenzoners from outside the States, please know there wasn't exactly a legion of friendly Queen fans at the 99 steak house. Seems most of the Queen t-shirt-wearing people were off in their own little world. I would say "Hi" to somebody in a Queen shirt there, I'd point to my own 2005 Tour shirt, and people would all be like, "Ug."

I was there, section 107. What a night, the last time I saw the boys was Knebworth in 86 so its been a while (and for them too).
First time to the DCU and Worcester, being a tight Yorkshireman $20 for parking gave me a fit but the bar at the bottom of the car park was pretty cheap and no cover with ticket stubs on the way out was good.
The band rocked, I don't see how anyone could say the venue was 3/4 full, the really top section was not in use but other than that the only empty seats I could see were where people we dancing in the isles, it was a bit sparse when they opened up but it was only about 10 minutes after the posted start time, that (pleasantly) surprised me, I was not expecting them on till 9.
I was disappointed we didnt get 39 but Dragon Attack was a bonus, I thought they might can it after the problems in DC. I personally have never heard them perform that one live. Tie you mother down was another favourite and although I never liked Radio Gaga as an album track its a great concert song.
I don't normally like Roger to sing but Days of their Lives was excellent and almost brought a tear to my eye.
DCU security was non existent so I liked it, not like the oppresiveness at the Stones and Oasis concerts I last went to. I kinda figured we'd all hang at the bar, instead of eating dinner. I mean, what's the point of all of us going into seperate booths? I said Hi to 5-6 people with different versions of Queen shirts, and one non-Queenzoner chatted me up. This rather unscientific poll confirms my hypothesis that many Queenzoners are rather socially challenged. I mean, it's the night of a Queen concert! Wouldn't ya think there'd be less sourpusses.
The whole version of Dragon Attack just blew my socks off. Just great. This is definitely the first time I'd seen them do up the whole vocal breakdown, drum and bass solos, etc.

I had the best seat ever. I couldn't believe it. The entire time I was hanging over the rail next to the cat walk. I was five feet away from them. I ran outta space to hold all my photos on the picture immediately, though. LOL.
Plus, I got to meet Dan (Mr. Jingles) and his girlfriend. That was so awesome!
Last night WAS the BEST night of my life. I will never forget it. In all seriousness, my life is complete after last night.
