Thanks for the feedback....very interesting. Roger seemed a tad raw at the start of the show ( mood wise, not playing wise...he kicked serious butt that night!) but seemed to warm a little better once they knew it was going good.

Brian was amazing considering what he was probably going though. A true showman....indeed the "Show Must Go On" no matter what! I hope his sore spots are healing up.

Yes, Q+PR would do well to return. It will be interesting to see what happens next. My therory is that after the US leg they take some time off and then shortly thereafter announce some UK dates, maybe even a few EU stops. This would bring us up to late Summer. At that point maybe they will take a well deserved rest, possibly record something maybe? Let's say this DID happen, then i would see a return to the tour circuit next year.

This is all far fetched, and just me theorizing and fantasizing. In all seriousness though if the shows are going this well with NO promotion from Hollywood Records just imagine how much BIGGER it would be if they DID have some PR!

This is why i am very happy the Worcester show was so well recieved by the Band. It will help keep us on the "must go back there since it was so good.." list!

I don't believe that we'll see QPR have another full fledged tour here again but I hope I'm wrong. A distinct possibility could be added dates to the tour if they feel that they could have more successful shows. The reason why I can't see them on another US/Canadian tour is that they have so many other fans all over the world as well, ie: South America is one that comes to mind. These lads are pushing 60 now and I'm sure the physical & mental strain of touring will bring fatigue more quickly then when they were younger. Prehaps a few benefit shows here in the states in the future but that's all I see unless QPR cut a record of new material and it sells well. THEN you may see another round of world touring but this is all speculation of course. One can dream!

I agree - if the Q+PR thing comes to a halt at the end of this tour, and they never play another note together, I would absolutely see Paul Rodgers solo anytime. He has simply impressed the shit out of me, and I would be more than happy to hear him peforming his own material anytime. He is one hell of a performer.

If QPR is done after this, I will be very sad but satisfied..I have and will embarked on a great Rock Journey.

I will be seeing Paul on any solo perforances that may come my way in the future..He is absolutely amazing and inspiring.

Very likely true, but ya never know......

I don't think anybody here seriously thought they would come over and perform Stateside at all at this time last year. There were many who did'nt even see Q+PR as anything more then a one-off attraction at the Fancourt gig. Now look at where we are.....amazing is'nt it?

You just never know what the future will bring...

This tour is a great gift to us all...and it's one we need to start appreciating and treasuring. This may well never happen again on US soil....very possibly this is "it".

That does'nt rule out more shows overseas though....so there is at least another chance for those of us who like to travel, and can tollerate the crazy atmosphere of "general admission" venues.

I really miss the Worcester show already. What an atmosphere. I find myself thinking of the show a lot during the course of the day. I am kinda sad because I may never experience it again, but I can't help but smile because every minute of that show ROCKED!!!

If they came back to New England again, I would really want to go. The thing is, they would have to come to Providence or Foxboro because I don't think I could get my Dad to go to Worcester again...he would never take me to Boston either.

I am in the exact state of mind...and i'm still basking in the afterglow. It was all over too quickly, but now we can sit back and re-experince it in our minds. I have been cranking the Queen tunes non-stop for the past week before the show, and that has not let up at all! I do hope in some way, shape, or form we have not seen the last of these guys...

Did any of you see the spectacular sunset that evening? If you were staying at the Hampton Inn and looked out your window there was literally rays of light streaming out of the DCU. Absolutely beautiful...and very fitting.

Did anybody see the rather less than flattering review in today's Boston Globe? This particularly knowledgable reviewer even referred to one song that she thought was subpar as "Come On Down." Hmmmm, I must have missed that one.
