"she used to be a woman witha hotdog stand" I love the song, but that line for some reason...It makes me think of the lady who sweats heaps and sells hot dogs at the A&P show which isn't all that wonderful to think about.
"Either this kid has a lightbulb up his ass or his colon has a great idea"
"White Man"

That said, Brian May is one of the most brilliant lyricists I have ever heard. And that's including Bob Dylan, and anyone in Pink Floyd or the Beatles (or whomever else you think is good).
Creativity can always cover for a lack of knowledge.
"Yeah" in "Yeah"
Damn Serry, that was my favourite line in the whole song! It's so poignant, so beautiful, so well delivered!

"Stars of lovingness in her hair" has always really bugged me because it just sounds so stupid. Lovingness? Guh. It's not really that bad, there are worse lines, it just stands out especially because of how awesome the rest of the song is.
Queen rocks!
"breastfeeding myself"

Life Is Real

Weird nobody brought that up. xD
We love you Mandy!

"she makes meeeEEEEEEEEEEEE..."

I think it is a poignant metaphor for "to be absolutely on your own"...
well, its not exactly Queen but I always thought one line in Brian's On My Up was just cheesy....."I've got positivism to give 'em"? ack! Cool song, though :)
I'll take you to the Seven Seas of Rhye
And furthermore, most of Headlong just makes no sense whatsoever to me..........but again, it rocks....

Sure but it doesn't sound right. :P There are millions of metaphores for 'being alone', why did he choose for this?
We love you Mandy!
well this might be pretty much off topic.......but the worst line in any song ever....I think its in Right Now by Van Halen (again, a song I like)....."only time will tell, if we'll stand the test of time".............ugh!
I'll take you to the Seven Seas of Rhye
"Now you got soup in the laundry bag"...among others from the absolutely atrocious Headlong

And, Queen weren't bad all the time... they just favored a strong melody rather than clever lyrics. This can be seen on the Magic Years when they try to work out the lyrics to One Vision. Queen were, at times, poetic... The Show Must Go On, Bohemian Rhapsody, I'm Going Slightly Mad, SAVE ME, Jealousy... so we can't write them off as bad lyricists... but they've had some rather embarrassing moments, I'm sure the bandmates would agree.
