I am going to post the most logical and poignant reasoning.

We personally don't know what has gone on behind the closed doors. Unless we personally sit down with either Mary or Jim; who sadly isn't with us and ask them personally to explain everything to us, we may never fully comprehend what really went down after Freddie died. We are only going on tit for tat gossip and the words of one versus another but without both of them to justify their actions without them being both present to get their full story we may never know.

We cannot make a judgment on someone's word against another. I prefer to base mine on character and truths.

I do know as a fan of the band, that multiple times, Freddie made references to how his lovers could never "measure up to Mary", or "that she's the only one I trust", etc. That said, think upon those statements for a moment.

I also know personally that death and wills are a tricky thing. That after somebody dies, the sometimes "true nature" of people comes out. That said I am not saying anything about Mary or Jim, but I am saying that a tell-all book, etc. doesn't seem to be that great in the taste of the person you loved. I mean if it were I, I'd tell of the wonderful times I spent with someone and leave it like that. I wouldn't divulge too much info of the most personal because to me, that is private and the world should not be privy to every detail of mine and my loves lives. But then again, myself, I am pretty mundane. And as a Freddie fan, I know the man was pretty Private.

Another thing to bear in mind is that we will never know what happened inside Freddie's inner circle unless we lived it personally. We are not Joe, Jim, Mary, etc. We don't know their thoughts or rationale.

All I can attest is that I've been a Queen fan all my life. I was born in 1976 and have seen the band through the good, the bad, and the ugly. One of the saddest memories was watching Freddie waste away from AIDS and watching the last video he made; "These Are The Days Of Our Lives" and crying and watching it in shock and disbelief that this was the same man from Live Aid years before.

I am sure that as Freddie wrote out his will, he explained to the benefactors of the will, his decisions for what. I am positive he mentioned it to them at least several times. And as stated prior, I am positive if he wanted them to continue on in the home, he would have made those provisions. But he made other provisions. Provisions of financial security. I think that the amounts he left the others were more than fair. It was stated before that they were treated awful, do we actually know? No, and besides that, grief goes through many stages, so in that, we have to remember that they all were grieving a great loss.

My unbiased opinion is this...until we sit down with all sides and truly have a tete-a-tete with them, we will never truly know.

And lastly...the best piece of advice..."Better one truth than a thousand lies" because of that dears, the truth lies within ourselves, darling.

I've heard that the house is owned by the estate of Freddie and she has it for 50 years- is that true?

We have to remember he didn't think Jim would live very long. Had he left the house to him, who knows what would have happened in probate
1) No, the house, the Mews and all his personal possessions were completely bequeathed to Mary.

2) No, Freddie’s will was written up on August 5, 1991. It was Signed Sept 17, 1991.

Freddie was not told of Hutton’s diagnosis until Nov. 5. 1991 For all Freddie knew at the time he wrote up and signed his willHutton was healthy.

Freddie never intended for Hutton to have anything to do with Garden Lodge.

Anyone who believes Freddie would’ve expected a heavily pregnant woman, (And a risky pregnancy at her age) with a toddler, and a baby daddy she was in the process of breaking up with...

.. to adopt 3 middle aged men, 2 of them his ex-lovers, continuing to pay all their financial expenses and employing them despite having no need for them...

Is FREAKISHLY irrational.

It an OBVIOUSLY lie that was told. Even Phoebe hedges his words when he talks about it and say that Freddie allowed them to “hold the expectation ” that could leave the house when they were “good and ready”.

So in other words, HE PERSONALLY never heard Freddie make that promise. He was told that by someone else, likely Hutton.

Even HUTTON doesn’t claim to have heard Freddie make this supposed promise. Only that Freddie used the term “our home”.

Of course, Phoebe says that he referred to the house as “our home” to Phoebe too.

Self-evidently that is reference to the fact they were currently living under the same room, not some implied co-ownership.

I dont like Mary Austin, feels like a golddigger, but when I say this, everybody will cry about it.

What does a normal person, when they got dumped by their loved ones.. They go on with their own life, but she smells the money of Freddie

But hey, that's just me ;)
“Feels like a goldigger”? Really? Well if you “feel” it.

People will cry about it because it’s a lie.

Mary literally financially supported Freddie until 1976 when he finally started to make some money from their renegotiated contracts and “Bohemian Rhapsody”

She then became an officer of his companies and literally ran his companies and personal finances for him.

Freddie himself said she did so much for him that all he had left to do was “throw my carcass around the stage”.

Is this some kind a competition "Who took more care of Freddie? Mary or Jim"?

These are serious things. Would you so easily dare to give someone injections, transfusions, etc.? In some situations it's easier for someone who is not so close with patient (such as a partner) to do it.

I don't know how much Jim had lovers and partners after Freddie and I don't care. It doesn't diminish the love he had for Freddie. Jim had to continue life as much as he could.
The “the competition” stems from people claiming Hutton nursed Freddie until the end when, in fact, he did not.

It’s a correction of disinformation.

I can’t hold my tongue any longer she was a heartless bitch she didn’t care if Freddie was happy. It was all about her. She couldn’t even say the word gay. She hated the garden lodge occupants. Before Jim left he should of shit on her porch. That’s what she deserved.

You’re ignorant of the matter.

Freddie has described her as the opposite.

She could say the word gay, she just couldn't decide whether to sat gay or homosexual .

She didn't hate the occupants, the occupants hated and we're jealous of her.

And if she DID hate them, perhaps, just perhaps there were good reasons for it.

You can't name one thing she wrong that did that Hitton didn't lie about.

I can't hold my tongue. What is it with bisexual women and internalized misogyny? Very prevalent and ironic.
