Royalties.....
Is it likely that Steve Howe and Fred Mandel receive royalties (no matter how small) for the parts they recorded in Innuendo and I want to break free respectively, or did they merely get a thankyou mention in the albu...

Roger's Snare
Haven't actually seen the snare you are talking about, but alot of Rogers drums are made by Ludwig. Theres a starting point for you.

Bohemian Rhapsody Structure Help!
Check out the Queen songs website, im sure it has a full analysis on there. If not that site, it's one of the sites listed on the Queenzone home page.

Question about Freddie's singing voice range
Isn't it great that a sensible question can receive a sensible answer from the regulars here on Queenzone.

Self made? I don't think so........check it out
Hello everyone. Looking through youtube for covers I came across this. This person claims to have re recorded every single part of the track from scratch. Its a big claim to make. I believe it to be a remixed/edited v...

What are some of the drum sets that Roger Taylor Used
The best live drum sound I think was at the Bejart ballet performance of TSMGO i paris 1997. Awesome powerful sound. Ludwig kit there too probably.

I like it, great heavy rocker with an awesome vocal and great guitar work!

Im trying to learn the bo rhap solo
I'll go with that Raf. I'm a keyboard/synth player, so my guitar knowledge is weak at best!

Im trying to learn the bo rhap solo
I would also reccommend downloading a midi player on which you can mute or solo any of the tracks. This will help you to practise and play along at any tempo without being able to hear the solo being played by anyone...

Who wrote Innuendo?
Would have been interesting to hear what the song would have sounded like had Brian and Roger also done the harmony vocals instead of just Freddie. My favourite Queen track and one of the most varied.

Fahrenheit - Queen Covers
Im no singer, believe me! A basic knowledge suggests that you must try and breathe more when you sing, which takes much practise and timing. Im sure there are techniques for this sort of thing, but you should really a...

Fahrenheit - Queen Covers
For me, listening to that was extremely painful. The instrumental was far from impressive and the vocals were very forced and sung from the throat, exiting via the nose! It goes to show that not just anyone can cover...

Opening Song
Wow, that was a really constructive reply. Well done!

Opening Song
Queen + pr should open their shows with Innuendo, like they do in "We will rock you".

Rate this Crazy Little Thing Called Love cover/attempt
Being very honest (sorry), this seems to be a very monotone and nervous performance. Being shaky at best, I think your voice sounds better at the higher end of it's range, which isn't that great for a baritone. On a p...

Newcastle tomorrow
Yeah, with any luck they will crank out the entire Innuendo album! But we can dream...........

Poll: What is the best Queen Tribute Band
Magic - A kind of Queen. Didnt try to look or act like Queen, only did the songs justice. All 5 band members were vocalists, they started out as a vocal harmony group. Performed a wide range of songs. Killer Queen, Bo...

What is Missing from Cosmos Rocks
It's missing an audacious, typically Queen track. i.e, Bohemian rhapsody, Innuendo...... Something with a bit of balls!

New Fan Cover: TMLWKY by Adam Baboolal and friends
Now ive listened to it again, I think it's the tone of the guitar. The sound is ok in itself, but it seems very dry, cutting and harsh. Needs to be fairly powerful, but just maybe needs the sharp edge that it has at t...
