    The audience were into the show, but they pulled another Rock Montreal. The audience is so low in the soundmix, you can barely hear them.

    It is included, but only in audio format. 99% of the websites carrying the DVD/Blu-Ray+CD versions, have the back cover description as the item description on the website.
