A transcription of the interview: “There are amazing stories about Freddie Mercury. The guy was wild. He was living an extreme lifestyle [of] debauchery. There are stories of little people with plates of cocaine on th...

Brian May and Kerry Ellis new song "Roll With You"
Nice tune although I'm not the biggest fan of Kerry's voice on anything approaching a rock song. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lNRfx_0-VwI

An Evening With Russ Ballard (Brian and Kerry too; maybe Wakeman)
Sorry - Wakeman is more visible than I thought; posted the video after only watching a few seconds of it and it looked like the camera was on Brian, Kerry and Ballard the majority of the time

Queen Live Loudness?
Saw Queen 5 times between 1978 and 1982 and they were very loud - always remember my ears ringing into the next day. Saw QPR Apr 1, 2006 in San Diego and was astounded at how low the volume was. Saw QAL Jul 9, 2014 in...

Me too. Thought the QPR collaboration was pretty good and thought the Cosmos Rocks was a better than most review gave it credit for. Wish they had been able to get over whatever differences they had and gave us one or...

Touring US/Canada
I would say that unless they went into the studio and created some new material, which was released reasonably far in advance of a tour and sold well, they probably won't tour the U.S. and Canada again.

Was It All Worth It -- Queen's last great song?
Always thought Innuendo was a great song as was The Show Must Go On. Maybe a bit less so but in their own way were These Are The Days of Our Lives, Bijou and I'm Going Slightly Mad.

The VERY SPECIAL CORE for your love for Queen ?
I remember riding in the car (in New Orleans), with my mom driving, and hearing Bohemian Rhapsody on the radio for the first time and asking her "what is that"? She said "rock opera". Didn't matter much to me it just...

Hyde park Sweet Lady 16mm film
Just watched the video - excellent. Sweet Lady seems to be an acquired taste for most but I've always liked it especially last bit where Brian, John and Roger jam like crazy.

In order, album by album, here are the songs I think are the "heaviest" on each: [listu] [li]Queen = Great King Rat (the solo section in Jesus is fantastic) [li]Queen II = Ogre Battle [li]Sheer Heart Attack = Brighton...
