New 'Montreal' DVD / CD Cover....Good or Bad?

In my opinion the covers for the new 'Queen Rock Montreal' DVD, CD and LP is dreadful. What is Richard Gray playing at and how have the band agreed to this awful cover? This is supposed to represent Queen Live and NOT freddie on his own, I have seen better bootleg covers for concerts than this poor and unimaginative effort.As if the 'Live At Wembley Stadium' cover was bad enough we go and get another just like it with this one. The original releases of this gig on video and later DVD were better than this and they were UNofficial. A good representation of a mock up cover that can be done well was the last 'On Fire at the Bowl' release.....but this? No excuses.

I am a die hard Queen fan. It takes a really bad album cover for me to say it is bad. It is so bad that I will NOT be buying this product. How embarrassing. I sure hope that they change it. First the cover to "Return Of The Champions" was attrocious and now this. HELLO Queen Productions?! What's going on?! Why don't they just put a big penis on it and call it "We like cock." on it?

I liked the Wembley cover, Milton Keynes was good because it had the whole band on there, but this... as Erin said on QOL, the cover of Queen Rocks Montreal makes Stone Cold Classics look good.

I like all the covers for everything except this one for "Queen Rock Montreal" it is just "Return Of The Champions" was VERY weak and non-creative. Lame-o. It is just this new one is Lame-O squared.

It is indeed ugly and it just looks unproffesion al!I can't believe it. Looks really bad!

I would not mind the cover if the content were exciting. However, today I learnt the word "curiosity value" - I am just not willing to spent my money on curiosity value.

is that the final cover or just a pre-release one like the best of freddie album, I can't believe this to be the final official cover as A. it only has freddie on it and B. there is no Queen The DVD Collection logo on it at all

Tell me this. Queen are now reunited and making music again and are touring. They have the huge issue of convincing the public that they were not Freddie Mercury's back up solo band as so many percieved them to be. So the question is...what's with Brian May and Roger Taylor seeming like they want nothing to do with these products being release?! Again the other d.v.d. covers are great. What's wrong with a conceptual cover?! I have ten dollars should we start a fund for them?

I actually think it maybe the worst cover in the whole collection. Extremely dissapointing... in fact, I'm having trouble getting passed the fact it's genuine :S

Oh! I know! Let's think postive! At least the cover is relevant to the release! So they got that one right! The picture is from the right concert. It must have taken literally hours to come up with this cover! No long haired Freddie or picture of the group from another time period! TWO! Maybe it IS NOT the actual cover which would then beg to ask then why did they release it as so in their press release? THREE! You get to make your own album cover. Any others?
