What's left of Queen can and will do whatever they want. They might even surprise us and come up with something that sells.

Yeah, and perhaps just aim it to the fans, or do it for a good cause.
My main concern is closing the book on "Queen" with half filled arenas and not enough interest to support a US or Australian tour again.

I think Bri and Rog don't get to sing and play... it'll stay hard to them... Roger said on interviw that they need a person to sing... because the work stay hard... however... i hope they keep playing!

Jeez, can you imagine it? It'd be like "The Sweet" during the eighties.
"Brian May's Queen" touring at the same time as "Queen-Featuring Roger Taylor"
Whether they "own" the name as individuals is debatable. Common sense should prevail in that instance. If you thought "Queen" without Freddie is ridiculous enough as it is, that scenario would make them even bigger laughing stocks.
