NEW 'Queen Live: A Concert Documentary' book - New Edition.

Regarding unheard live audio recordings.
As you know if you have the previous books, that some of these unreleased audios are mentioned and the stage banter quoted at each show. We have gone further with this edition and added new on stage banter the band, especially Freddie and Brian, said at these shows, especially on the European tour 1979.

even better will be include some unreleased live recording  as a bonus :P (yes,fromCrazy Tour'79)

Could I request some good quality scans of Queen concert reviews from anywhere in the world - the ones that were printed in newspapers and magazines at the time?

I have many UK ones from my own collection and many from the USA (thanks Nino), so it would be good to have some from Holland, Spain, Germany, South America and any other country that reviewed a show at the time......from any year.

It doesn't matter if the reviews are in a native language, it doesn't have to be in English.

Some will be used for the book and some for another idea that we hope will happen.

Here is an update about how we are getting on with the Live book.

I'm looking to wrap up the photos part of the book soon and concentrate on other areas. I have had loads of colour and b/w photos from practically all the live years from you kind people out there, and some I might add look stunning. You will love what you see.

I am looking to find more photos from:
* any Japanese shows from any year,
* UK tour 1975,
* Australia / New Zealand 1985, and, it's a long shot,
* anything from 1973 and earlier.

If anybody knows a friend or somebody they know who has any photos from these years, then please ask them if they would be interested in having them published and to get in contact with me at garytaylortqy@aol.com

Yeah, thanks Pittrek. I do have these books, but we can't just take out photos and reproduce them without the permission of the photographer who took them.
If need be we shall go down this route, but would like to get all the fan photos done and dusted first.

And they must be living on another planet to start the bidding at that high amount. Do they really think they will sell?

Yes, they are living on another planet. I'm VERY sure I could those same magazines for far MUCH less than what these buggers are asking, on a certain website located directly in Japan! :-)

Can you please send me the link to that "certain website" ? I wanted to buy these thingies on eBay but if I can get them cheaper ... :-)

Here's an issue, pitttrek: Do you know how to, or even can you type in Japanese katakana, hiragana, kanji just to search for these items?
The site in question does not use a lot of romanized English for the most part!

I can offer some help with getting these items (assuming they're on auction at the time) if you've got the cash and badly wanna seek these out :-)
