Is this from the same backstage footage reel as this:

Incredible footage there ! But how can we be sure it's Houston? They reportedly filmed hundreds of hours of footage throughout that tour.. the Bob Harris documentary footage..

It's pretty easy to see that the soundcheck footage is NOT from Houston.
You can see the backstage exit door in the footage - no arena holding 15,000 people is designed like this, sorry!

Hey Greg, would you be so kind to tell us if this Exbibition is coming to Argentina? That would be great :) Thanks!

I personally doubt that some of the backstage footage is Houston because the Houston footage we're used to seeing has the guy working on Freddie's shoes is wearing a white shirt but in this new footage he's not wearing that shirt. I think it was green. Same guy, different shirt = different venue. Didn't they do a test shoot in Fort Worth the gig before Houston?

Sorry, the guy was wearing a black shirt brushing Freddie's hair. In Houston he was wearing the white one and fixing the ballet shoes for him.

Thanks for the review Greg, nice to see you back on the 'Moanzone'. I hope that we'll see this stuff one day in an official release
Thanks for that Pittrek.
I hope it will all emerge as product too one day. We can but hope!

I'm a little surprised that far more people have not jumped on the multitracks subject. I chose one box from each album, and an example that has something interesting about it... such as working titles... but no-one's really made much of it.
Simple Man, People Of The Earth, Happy Little F***, Banana Blues....
There is very interesting stuff to be teased out at the SiS. Go have a look. Don't miss out on the key details. To me, such things are the very heart of the experience. See what you think.

---------------------- I love when somebody tell these details of the exibition! Thank you for taking your time! I wish that somebody can record the full exibition in Good Quality or much better the exibition could came to Argentina (but the last is only a dream)

Just to add my bit here, and after a full week working at the exhibition, I can add more detail.
First of all, the first couple of days did have problems with the individual computers that were around the exhibition....a call out to Dolby, have now put this to right and you can enjoy full concerts from: the Rainbow Theatre on the 19th, including the encore, Earls Court on 6th June 1977, Hyde Park 1976 and the whole of the 'Now I'm Here' footage from either TOTP of 45 (which is still under debate) and many clips from other concerts.
The rehearsal footage you see as part of the Bob Harris filmed section, and described by GB above, was filmed at Shepperton Studios prior to the band's second tour of the USA. The soundcheck footage is from Houston.

FULL concerts ? Wow. I REALLY hope it gets released properly for those of us who can't get to UK to watch it :-(

Here here to a proper release of all these snippets and full concerts (sigh). I don't see this great initiative making it's way to Sydney or any other part of Australia, or the rest of the world either. How about a DVD/interactive CD Rom of the whole Stormtroopers in Stilettos exhibition? Anyway, thanks to all who have contributed to allow those of us who can't be there, to have some idea of what is going on and yes, get excited about Queen as we once did when we were teenagers however long ago that might be.

Wow! Rainbow, Hyde Park and Earl's Court. I want a DVD/Bluray of this!
At least is good to know they have a complete copy of the gigs and in good quality.

Greg/GT:
Could you possibly arrange for the giant backing boards for Queen II to be amended from 1975 to the correct year for this album??!?? (tsk, tsk to whoever was responsible for this error!!)
