on first sight I read White Queen too. But not only that. From what I've seen in the past (and I could be wrong), the writing feels to me like from a Queen member. I could be wrong, like I said, but from postcards and lyrics sheets I've seen, this setlist could have easily been written by Freddie or John. But I have no scientific evidence for that.

Looks like White Queen to me :)
EDIT: And the writing does look familiar, a bit like the writing on various Queen acetates.

Thanks Ginja ! You guys raise a good point - maybe it was written by a band member. After all, this stuff is coming from their archives..

THAT'S where I've seen it. Thanks Ginja...yes, the acetates. Might take a closer look at Ferdy's page now...very distinctive letters R and G...

The handwriting doesn't look like any of the band members to me...take a look at all their letters to the fan club over the years. Their handwriting is much finer and more precise, as well as being cursive. I'd sooner say one of the crew wrote this.

I think I've seen this on Ratty's website beforeand would point to the familiarity of the handwriting from around that time - would make sense that a great deal of this stuff has come from his archive.
I'm not sure that band members would "bother" to write set lists.

Negative Creep wrote: But that shouldn't be present on the multitracks. They should have been recording a seperate feed to what was being mixed to go out to the pa on the night. And even if it was, it could be fixed, if the audio on that channel doesn't distort at its loudest. And that's only one of the night's audio anyway. ====
This is 1974 we're talking about. Odds are, that what was sent to the speakers is what was being recorded, warts 'n all.

In all fairness, the quality of someone's English is not an indicator of their intelligence.

Let's just say there's something lacking in other departments as well.

Sorry guys, I honestly don't know where the SiS will tour. I don't think anyone knows yet because it's only just starting to be discussed.
SiS has had such a brilliant reaction, I'm sure it will tour in MANY countries... and since Queen have such great and loyal fans in Argentina and Brazil, and all over South America, I would certainly think S.A. would be a natural place for it to come. Let's hope so.
If I hear anything, I will let you know here. ===========================================================================
Hoping for a Brazilian SiS display, Greg! :D

Dear Greg, I went to the SIS exhibition last week with a right couple of numpties, and we all noticed the guitar in the studio mock up was NOT THE REAL GUITAR !!!!!. Is this another attempt to hood wink us loyal fans with a blatant piece of fakery. Why bother at all with a Guild copy if you can't be bothered to get the proper one? And it looked out of tune. We then went for a really good lunchtime curry, and couldn't stop farting all afternoon. Oss

Hey there curly fingers.
I too thought the guitar looked out of tune. And the G string was clearly much too thick and bendy... and the bottom E was decidedly twangy and at least a semitone too vibratey.
I did not have the curry, because I couldn't afford one, but I certainly did hear you passing wind rather a lot. You will notice I avoided the use of the word 'farting' there, as I believe only common types, working class slum-dwelling brutes usually use such words.
Did you notice that Freddie's mic stand was in the wrong key too???
And did you further notice one of the multitrack tapes only had 15 tracks inside it, and NOT 24!!!! We've been robbed of 9 entire tracks by Queen and the Management. Where are those 9 tracks??? Do you think the 9 tracks in question are those that are on The Works album, 1984????????
Spanner!

Looks like the idiot's back to his old self.
Got something against the working-class Greg? The Queen-product-buying working class?
