Hahahaha! so much mistery for this??...... Guess i will wait for it to be available for download. The only thing interesting is the Docu, It seems that after all the Madison Square Garden Gig never existed, or it was something of minimum importance.

First thoughts:

Boring, Boring, Boring...

CD 1.. We have it allready (8 times)

CD 2.. Looks promising!

CD 3..Instrumental takes - no one cares
Live songs - All ready on The Bowl, Rock Montreal and Live Killers.
BBC Sessions - We had allready a fucking box last year.
Feelings, Feelings - We have that one allready

LP.. We have that one allready (1977, 2011 and 2015 box)

DVD.. Why not Houston?

So a big dissapointment.. I will download cd2 from Youtube

This is very good apart from the fact that no blu ray is listed (seriously?). DVD is an outdated format by now not to mention that Bob Harris stuff is shot on film (read: actual HD!). The live tracks CD is somewhat boring. Alternative mixes and documentary are worth it though. Extremely interesting for me.

Wouldn't mind hearing that.

Intrigued how they do not mention the alternate Sleeping on the sidewalk in the press release text. It just says in the tracklisting "Live USA 1977". Would like to know which show...

CD 1: News Of The World (2011 Bob Ludwig Remaster) <<< Already have it. Don't give a shit for it.

CD 2: Raw Sessions <<< This interests me.

CD 3: Bonus Tracks <<< Not particularly interested.

DVD: Queen: The American Dream
Brand new documentary featuring previously unreleased footage from Queen’s famous 1977 show in Houston, Texas (Running time approximately 60 minutes) <<< Would like to see this.

VINYL LP: News Of The World (New Pure Analogue Cut from the Original Master Tapes) <<< I'd like to hear this.

60 page hardcover book with previously unreleased photographs <<< Not excited about this, but it'll probably be okay.

Original News Of The World Press Kit featuring original album PR and 7 press photos <<< Gimmicky shit
3 posters <<< Gimmicky shit
Sticker sheet <<< Gimmicky shit
1977 replica tour laminate <<< Gimmicky shit

CD2 is what should've come as a bonus CD on the 2011 deluxe edition.
And the all analogue vinyl is what the 2015 vinyl should've been, instead of getting the 2011 remaster on vinyl.

Queen have somehow done it again. Releasing a box in which half the extras are already available in different releases.

Disc one and two, with Feelings Feelings added to disc two, disc three and four a live album from the 77 tour and a 90 minute documentary with extras from the video shoots from the album would have been a lot better than this and easily doable

If the 40th deluxe editions were done like this back in 2011, then it wouldn't have been so bad.
