Brian is average as a live guitarist.
The quality of John's bass playing on Queen records is very inconsistent.
Brian's voice is whiny.
Radio Ga Ga and IWTBF are terrible songs.
Freddie sang worse and wrote inferior songs when sporting a moustache.

Always wonder what the end of Miracle would sound like if they had more time to develop it in to another song.
Well i certainly would not say Brian is an average guitarist when live, he is outstanding and the most outstanding ever. Have you heard another underrated guitarist Pilots "Ian Bairnson" he is superb and has echoes of Brian Mays style !
Freddie did write better songs in the early years before the moustache turned up but i think it was because he was out clubbing a lot in the 80s thanks to the nasty Paul Prenter who introduced Fred to the seedier side of life. The rest of the band were not happy about it either!
Back to the music and i wanted Queen to release "Need your loving tonight" as a single here in the uk, but they never did!

I do not like most of the Sheer Heart Attack Album.
For me "Hot Space" album is the only one i dont like as studio rec. but as live shows. nice example is put out the fire, these songs sounds so much better live.
Bohemian Rhapsody is shite
'White Queen' is better on the album than on the BBC and live versions.
'All Dead, All Dead' sounds better when sung by Frederick.
It's absolutely alright to refer to the band's lead singer as Frederick, as that was his name.

Roger couldn't hit a cow's arse with a banjo.

I hate most of A Kind of Magic, although this is probably an unpopular opinion in the UK.
It shouldn't be - half the album was filler.
It's hard to believe it sold better in the UK than any of their 70s albums.
Hot Space is a better album than The Miracle. The production on The Miracle is awful and the songs are mostly full. They were very clearly coasting on their first album after a year off.
That said I actually like Scandal.
I don't like Freddie' s voice on Innuendo, the album. It's too thin.

Dull not full.
I really like a lot of Roger's songs that most people seem to hate: Fight From the Inside, Fun It, More of That Jazz, etc. Roger might actually be my favourite songwriter in the band, either him or Brian.
I like Hot Space and Flash Gordon better than The Works, A Kind of Magic, The Miracle or Made In Heaven.
i dislike both we will rock you and we are the champions.
I am could easily go without ever hearing Bo Rhap and Don't Stop Me Now again. Not that I dislike them, I've just heard them so many bloody times.
