-I think Jim Hutton was a better person than Mary Austin(and more atractive).
We mostly know about Mary's nature and her temper from books about Freddie, printed interviews etc. So she can be totally different in life. As far as i knw, only Jim's book point her out as being reserved, cagey and self-loving person. But even he admitted that she was witty (sometimes cynical), clever and housewifely.

Vocal Harmony,
What is the title of this topic?Unpopular opinions?
I think that I didn't miss the subject.
I wrote about their music on one of the previous page.
I read here in many threads much more insulting and bad words than this my post.
My opinion is this and so what?

I'm shocked, I thought it was only me who didn't like POTF! I hate, and I mean hate the song. Worst song Queen ever did, IMO.
Don't mind POTF at all. Not even close to the worst song.
Radio Ga Ga
Delilah
All God's People especially is fucking awful.

"Adam Lambert's (LIVE!) version of Who Wants to Live Forever is" - great, if you like a guy continually singing slightly flat on the 'big' notes (which don't even need to be there).

What song is POTF? Somehow I can't think of a song with that acronym.

Put Out The Fire

I don't like when the names of songs are written as acronyms. Maybe this is unpopular opinion too.

I generally like acronyms, but I could not remember that PotF was Put out the Fire. However. it was rather easy to google up an alphabetical list of Queen songs.
Probably not contoversial: I think aDRRfmD is infinitely better than DLyH.
Probably controversial: I think that Innuendo and tSMGo are mediocre songs. To me, Innuendo tries too hard to be epic, and does not recapture the 70's magic. Plus the synths were too prominent in my opinion. For me, I could never get over the cliche song title of tSMGo when I first heard it in 1991 (I did not know Freddie had AIDs at the time). I also was not fond of the simple staccato synth intro for the song.

I actually love Radio Ga Ga. And I really like Delilah too.
All God's People...I used to like that song, but not so much in the past few years. My tastes have changed through the years about some songs, but I like more of the back catalogue than I dislike it.

Innuendo took me some time to warm up to, and fully appreciate. I don't think I've ever heard a song in that vein before becoming a Queen fan. When I started to love it, there was no turning back. Loved it ever since.
One thing about TSMGO...the beginning reminded me too much of Never Tear Us Apart by INXS. And Freddie's vocals on it...I think its among some of the best he ever recorded.
