You must be from the UK because Don't Stop Me Now was never a hit here In the States. Not sure how that song didn't make it here.

A Winter's Tale is the best song on the Made in Heavan album and the most depressing Queen and christmas song ever recorded

I'll actually agree with that.

I agree with most of these taste based opinions.

The connoisseurs' choice.

I don't like "Love Of My Life".Actually,I like music but I don't like lyrics for that song.

In song "The Prophet Song" is too much repeat of "i know,i know now". I think that song would be better without that needless repetition.

'White Queen' is better on the album than on the BBC and live versions.

'All Dead, All Dead' sounds better when sung by Frederick.

It's absolutely alright to refer to the band's lead singer as Frederick, as that was his name.
I think you'll find it's Farrokh.

I think John's alleged fragility is due to internal arguments. He quit.
I agree! Of course we'll never know, but John being fragile and suffering from Depression has been over blown in my opinion.
Not just overblown but invented by so-called 'experts' who have their heads jammed up their own arses.

I imagine John just came to the conclusion that it was a good time to quit - exactly as we know he'd wanted to probably since the late 70s. I don't think Roger or Brian are necessarily nice people and he was glad to be shot of it. Good on him, I say.

I consider 'Flash Gordon' a Queen album and enjoy The Hero and Football fight, i also thought these along with Flash worked well and fitted in nicely live.
I agree. And I love 'The Kiss' which is one of my favourite Queen song from the 80s and 'Execution Of Flash'

In terms of music Flash Gordon is great! If the works had love kills, man on fire or killing time and I go crazy, it could have been a classic album. If you adjust EQ on Jazz sounds great and gains back the glory which deserves.

As good as The Show Must Go On, These Are The Days of Our Lives is even better.

It's not. As soon as he legally changed it (whenever that was), his real name became Frederick. Frederick Bulsara at first (that's how he signed the Trident contract in '72) and Frederick Mercury later on (as on the Trident severance around '77 and on his death certificate in '91).
John hated Hot Space. Frederick's favourite singer was not Paul Rodgers. Roger didn't compose 'Innuendo.' 'Bohemian Rhapsody' hasn't got 180 vocal overdubs.

1) I pretty much never listen to anything from the first three albums, except for Seven Seas of Rhye, Killer Queen, In the Lap of the Gods...Revisited and maybe Great King Rat and Keep Yourself Alive (when it comes on the radio).

2) I only listen to Bohemian Rhapsody because it has Freddie on vocals.

3) Dragon Attack is a really really bad song and so is the live version of Staying Power, no matter what people on QZ say!

4) Adam is the best front man Queen can get now that Freddie is gone, but I would prefer him doing less songs and Freddie from the screen doing more.

5) I would totally watch a whole Queen show with Freddie singing from a screen and the rest of the band playing live. A hologram show would be fantastic also.

6) The Show Must Go On is Queen's best song and my favorite pop/rock song ever, but Innuendo comes very close.

1) i don't particularly find Anita Dobson attractive; she must be a WONDERFUL person

2) Staying Power is a horrible song in every way, only the brass section gave it anything. EXTREME (2/3 of extreme) made it sound as close to great as possible

3) Cool Cat is a great freaking chill moody song
"Come tonight! Come see the Overbite! Come to Ogre Battle, FIGHT!"
