Also, In the eightees Freddie became to behave more gayish, particulary in clips. Videos to Breakthrough and I'mGSM are flooded with the air-kisses, duck faces, winking and all that mimic.

I'm not a huge fan of "gayish" behavior either
Not the sort of thing one expects on a forum for Queen fans :(

I couldn't care less about whether a behaviour is 'gay' or not (can it be, to begin with?).
The other day someone accused me of being a homophobe because I didn't like 'Delilah' or 'Get Down, Make Love.' I don't hate them because they're allegedly gay-ish - I hate them because they're awful!
I suppose, if songs could be gay (a song is neither gay nor straight nor bi, by the way), 'Millionaire Waltz' and 'Killer Queen' could be strong candidates (at least for the 'camp' category), yet I love them both so no, it's not a factor.

Here's mine:
- I don't like Tie Your Mother Down very much at all.
- Leaving Home Ain't Easy is lovely, close to being as good as Long Away. Just a shame about the ugly varispeed vocals - that section would've worked just fine performed normally.
- Some Day One Day is lovely too.
- Jealousy is a top tier Freddie composition.
- Dragon Attack is lousy - Brian was capable of much better.
- In Only Seven Days isn't that bad. I feel the lyrics and music are matched very well. It's not world-changing, but it's a well put together song with great melodies, it's completely worthy of its place on the record.
- You Take My Breath Away works better as Freddie played it at Hyde Park. They should've let it be a small, tender piano ballad for the album, rather than making it into a multi-segmented thing.
- Most people dislike Loser in the End, so this isn't an unpopular opinion, but I'd take it to a greater extreme - what were they thinking letting this one into the final tracklisting? It has moments of potential, but all momentum has fizzled out by the time it gets to the bridge, with the nail in the coffin being the absolutely dreadful, directionless melody on 'It's not so long since you were young'. Who thought this would stand up next to material like White Queen and Fairy Feller? Was Roger really that precious that they had to appease him by including it?

Roger is a consistently better songwriter than Freddie. Although Freddie is possibly a better composer.
It's an odd distinction to make - do you mean Roger's a better lyricist? Perhaps true, though I'd also say his worst lyrics are much worse than Freddie's worst.
But there's no question in my mind that Freddie was the better writer, holistically.

I don't like when the names of songs are written as acronyms. Maybe this is unpopular opinion too.
Ah, sorry about that.
It's just my opinion,
I see a lot of acronyms are used here. How it seems to me,I'm in a minority about it.:D

They should do it like JRD and quit...

Why should they? They're enjoying it, they're making money off of it, and they're making loads of people quite happy. Seems like a win-win situation.

I think 'Live Magic' was a travesty of an album with an awful cover.

Roger's solo work is better than Brian's ( subjective i know but still )

Another unpopular opinion (maybe) is that I like Hot Space BECAUSE of the funky/sparse songs (Side One + Cool Cat) rather than despite it, like I've heard other people say.
To me, saying Life is Real or Las Palabras de Amor are the best tracks off Hot Space is like saying Queen II works because of Loser in the End and Funny How Love is.

Couldn't agree more.
Brian has a few gems like TMLWKY and Another World that are better than 90% of Roger's material but Roger is consistently good. Few things he did I can say I hate. He always delivers and has some great lyrics.

Hey, that superficial ? Money isn`t everything at least to me. There should be a point to drop that whole thing being " Q U E E N " .
And the late 90´s would have been a perfect fit for that. Since that, it´s all with a bit of blend taste to me.

Made in Heaven is complete crap, on a par with Hot Space. Paul Rodgers and Marc Martell are far better than Adam Shitbert
