Jazz is notable as their last 'Classic' album - IE it closes their 'rock' chapter before they moved on to the big bad 80s. It's definitely 'lost' sounding and unfocused and surely going through the motions, but I love it.

RE the number of songs that made the live set list - NOTW was made to be played live - stripped down and lacking the madness of the Jazz dense production. That said though, aside from WWRY and WATC, those big 'Jazz' songs have the same longevity in the catalogue. Live Killers definitely benefits from having those Jazz tunes on it. Perhaps not so NOTW tracks like GDML or SHA however enjoyable they were actually at the concerts.

I also noticed that "Leaving home ain't easy" was never performed live, if it had Freddie would have been awesome singing that!
