One thing I do like about the movie is the incredible ripple effect that it has had in helping Queen getting so many new young fans. The huge amount of streaming of Queen music compared to other bands from that era is really amazing. There is even a further ripple effect: Even in my tiny corner of the world I went last week to my teenaged daughter's ballet and modern dance concert and was stunned that they included two Queen songs when they never included rock music before. Then I went to my son's 7th grade band's concert last night and they played Bohemian Rhapsody. I am sure such examples are being played out throughout the USA, which is amazing after the cold shoulder they got here after subsequent to The Game. It is noteworthy that many of the new Queen fans don't even know who AL is or really care about whether the BR movie was factual. They just love the music.

I agree, people have rediscovered or discovered Freddie Mercury and Queen, long may they stay in public memory
