Janet - it would be nice if you were to actually quote me IN CONTEXT and not use my posts willy nilly in a sad attempt to newbie bash.
I said it was a shame that SOME of the posts were not wiped in the server changeover - this was a comment made well before I mentioned anything to do with GH. I do not feel that there ever is a place for what about 3 of the posts did, and 2 of them certainly had NOT been edited when I made that remark. Many forums would delete those kind of posts, fine this is an unmoderated forum, that does not those posts acceptable.
I thought the post title was silly - so I said so, but again, my post was actually mainly aimed at someone else. Guitar hero then told me to get a life - again and again. Expressing an opinion is fine, insulting people is not. Yep - I called him a silly little boy. By that stage he had told me to get a life at least once if not twice.
I cant be bothered with you any further Janet. In future please quote people fairly and accurately.

I don't think anyone here has any right to say anything other than something kind to, nor about Janet. ESPECIALLY someone who's only been here for about a month. Janet is one of the nicest, most intelligent posters here, Not to mention a veteran zoner. I think newer posters should be respectful to Janet, And all of the other veterans.
as always i am sure Janet can take care of herself- a true lady in every sense... as always
the problem newbies seem to continually fail to realize and/or automatically assume incorrectly is a clique-- is that many posters here have been posting for years--
there is a familararity with each other-
some affection- both positive and negative *LOL*
that alot of us have actually met and interacted in real life--why we even accept the fact some cant spell or use proper grammer for a damn!
they ,as we ,also seem to fail to realize that regulars whom we converse with, may know and understand our sense of humour or intentions in postings and something said may easily be taken the wrong way by those who do not--
these are corrected in time by all parties taking the time to get to know one another before starting the name calling, or deciding ones intent or meaning,assuming the worst etc.
the zone has it faults-its not without it
it also has many good things going for it-
all in a unmoderated dont have to fear of being banned enviorment.
now go forth my children....be excellent to each other
