Who could play Freddie in a motion picture ?

if there was a queen movie i think eric christen olsen could pull of Rodger. I think the story would be great if it was told by Rodger or John, because it would sort of give a good view of the films biggest stars (and im talking in as what they did in the group, not favoutism), Brian & Freddie

I thought the guy from Will And Grace (Will) was supposed to play him in a movie? What happened to that?

But if it is a big name like Johnny Depp that attracts masses. Queen will acquire bunch of new fans. Meaning more albums sales and new dvd released for us :)

Skeet Ulrich would be good. He's kind of an underrated Johnny Depp, (they even look alot alike) but I find him to have more range as an actor.

Sam Rockwell did do a bang-up job as Zephod in Hitchhikers but for looks and for voice I would go with Eric MacCormack of "Will and Grace"

Val Kilmer is Jim Morrisson, no way can he be Freddie Mercury. A great Oliver Stone movie by the way, with a lot of music in it.

I don't think Eric MacCormack has enought presence, "Jack" is stealing the show.

Johnny Depp.
He's far from perfect for the role and I cant see him giving it loads on stage but I cant think of any other actor who even slightly resembles Freedie that would have the talent to pull it off.
