All of those celebrities are big time assholes, we all know that!! Thats why I really dont care to meet famous folks, cause they think their better than someone else, but they cant take their money with them when they go six feet deep, and money cant bring you lasting happiness anyways...and no offense to Queen or anyone up in here, but I really dont care to meet any of the members either, I just like their music...
The only person that I care to meet is JESUS...seriously!!! Now that would be someone to meet!!

If I ever saw a celeb, I would probably look, thats it...I aint running to get their autograph like their God or something...
I heard that Janet Jackson was a bitch to boot also, which is pretty tough to believe. This guy that works at this hotel downtown in Milwaukee said that she was a bitch, and that she didnt want anyone to even look at her, or even be on the same elevator as her!!! She probably shes simply tired of people going to her asking for autographs and pictures, so in a way, I dont blame her. So, I wouldnt call her a bitch, hell, she probably just wants to be normal like everyone else!! LOL...

I mean his voice is even better than Freddie's (note: Freddie's songs are far better)
Even other greats like John Lennon and Enya are not present...
Jim Morrison had a voice better than Freddie's?
That sounds as ridiculous as those 13 year old girls who say that N*SYNC is better than The Beatles.

I have met quite a few rock stars, all of whom were nice to me(be it in person or webchat or on the phone). I met Paul Stanley, Gene Simmons, Eric Singer and Bruce Kulick of KISS in July of 1993(shook their hands and got John Hancocks) at a premiere of their video KISS Konfidential/Alive III publicity tour in Boston. I also got a reply from David Gilmour of Pink Floyd on a webchat in January of 2002 after I asked him what got him involved in the Nordoff-Robbins Therapy which helps autistic children and adults through music and he is extremely kind(this is the same man who gave $12 million to the homeless between 2002 and 2003). I have talked to Rick Davies and John Helliwell of Supertramp on the phone on Rockline(they were extremely polite and cool). Nick Mason of Pink Floyd I talked to on Rockline as well in April of 1995 and he is kind and funny as well. I even met Rob Halford, KK Downing and Glenn Tipton of Judas Priest in June of 2005 when I talked to them on the phone and were down to Earth and cool plus funny.

There is no such thing as God or Jesus Christ. It is all myth and folklore to scare us humans! There is no Heaven or Hell!

I once met Jesus and he told me that he's fed up with people speaking for him.

what about Sinatra? he had great voice!
Sinatra is on the list.
And I agree about Barbra Streisand, but shouldn't Linda Ronstadt be there, too?
Linda Ronstadt absolutely is great too. She can sing the pants off anyone. She sang rock, country, New Wave, hard rock, pop, jazz, standards, R&B, maharichi. Hell, she has sang every musical genre I can think of. Christina Aguilera or Pisstina Aquafina as I call her is a show-off and is just as bad as Mariah or Hoeriah as I call her. Alicia Keys is good as well.
What makes Linda Ronstadt so much better than these pop diva hoo haw's is that she has such great vocal control, stability, and range. She isn't following up each word she sings with a breath; breathy singing isn't good singing. What sealed the deal with me respecting her voice was when she did standards. People don't realize just how hard it is to sing them; back in the day, singers HAD to be good, because the songs required talent. Now, ANYONE can sing, and make millions. I'd like to see Britney Spears attempt to sing a standard. Not only would she butcher it, but she'd die of vocal strain.
Cheers
Britney can't sing. In fact, her vocal cords were damaged from her two pack a day smoking habit. No wonder she lip synched in concert and complained about being out of breath on stage.
I know. It's embarrasing to think that she somehow made it as a singer. She must have sucked a lot of dick to get where she is.
Cheers
LadyMoonshine, no hard feelings and I apologize if I ever took shots at you as BPP can anger me at times(handshake offered to end feud). I agree with you, B*tchney as I call Britney, got turned down by EVERY label but some bro at Jive which was a predominantly black R&B/rap label probably offered her a deal after he had intercourse with her. Luckily her career is falling down the toilet as her erratic behavior, which made Syd Barrett's seem normal in comparison, is killing her. She only made it cos people liked how she looked, she is a trashy facsimile of one of my best friends!
Apology accepted; I am in fact not BPP, lol.
And yeah...
...next to Brit, Syd is a normal human.
cheers

Kelly Clarkson is a good singer, but I dont like her songs, she needs to get a new producer or something!!

She needs to write some songs. Some good ones.

Same with people like Whitney Houston...they have great voices, why can't they write good songs? I guess Freddie was one of the few who could do both....
Kelly Clarkson is good at ballads, but I cant stand her fast songs, she needs to just hook up with a different producer or something...Alicia Keys would be good for her!
