Maybe I missed it - but *no one* in the thread said Freddie didn't have talent. They said he didn't have an 8 octave voice. Which he didn't. At no point in his career did Freddie put tones onto tape that registered in 8 separate octaves.

Please - go and walk over to a piano. If you play all the notes in 8 octaves, you'll realise how ridiculous an assertion it is that Freddie Mercury had that range.

If we were to just shoot all these stepfords who can't cope with change, this world would be so much nicer...not to mention less crowded by far.
