GT - What is happening regarding The Lot?

Hello GT, could you please give us an official update as to what is happening with the lot box? Also why there were so many errors in the set, when it went to print? Thanks

I really hope that Universal will offer replacement-discs for those who want them. Errors in the text is one thing, but CD's with tons of errors....

Amazon have just rung me again to say this HAS been withdrawn, they are not allowed to sell it, and there is no confirmed release date.

treat the fans with respect??..don't make me laugh.....respect...it's a forbidden or lost word in the life of Queen!!

It's really sad that these 2 'great' guys doesn't have any respect to Roger himself and his creations with such attitude to their job.
No one of them didn't really bother to study his solo career on the right level of knowledge for creation such kind of product.
Weak ideas, lack of accuracy, low quality production and so on...

This errors issue itself is the lowest point of the promotion of his 'Fun On Earth' album, which he recorded for nearly five years...
No one talks about it now, all attention and negative is on 'The Lot'.

BTW, the album itself is very good, but there's a lack of rockers IMHO. Whole House Rockin' must be on the album.

Has anyone ever tweeted Brian May and brought his attention to GTs attitude on here? Or does he already know....

Queenonline.com have now got a release date of the 9th December, looks like it's been put on hold for a month. I do hope mine comes tomorrow from Amazon, But if not, At least some have slipped through the net & the alternate version of "Pressure On" is out there.

They've had that for a long time, since they sold out. That's the estimated date for the second lot.

Did not check QOL since I ordered from Amazon at £20 less than QOL's £100. But thanks for letting me know. so fingers crossed it arrives tomorrow.

Even though there are some mistakes on The Lot I think they've realised a bigger mistake was releasing both together.Obviously they want Fun on Earth to sell in it's own right first and it's inclusion in the boxset will effect that. Bad planning chaps.
