Queenonline.com have now got a release date of the 9th December, looks like it's been put on hold for a month. I do hope mine comes tomorrow from Amazon, But if not, At least some have slipped through the net & the alternate version of "Pressure On" is out there.
Let's hope second edition will include all errors repaired, and some additions as some kind of compensation to fans for such f**ck-up:

1. Nazis 1994 original 'F-word' version
2. I Wanna Take You Higher (1984 outtake)
3. Keep On Runnin' (1984 outtake)
4. Celebration (full length version)
5. Out Of My Head (full length version)
6. Is It Me (1998 full length version)
7. Surrender (Johnattan Perkins vocal)
8. Liar (2nd version video with single remix audio track)

BTW, there's a lot of free space on The Cross Singles 2 CD.

Fingers crossed.

They've had that for a long time, since they sold out. That's the estimated date for the second lot.
Sadly I fear that that may have actually been a cover up, and that they noticed the errors and rather than front up, used it as an excuse in order to give themselves a whole month to repress the booklet etc

Even though there are some mistakes on The Lot I think they've realised a bigger mistake was releasing both together.Obviously they want Fun on Earth to sell in it's own right first and it's inclusion in the boxset will effect that. Bad planning chaps.
There is that too - I pointed that out on a related thread a couple of weeks back!

Yeah good point. With Sainsburys showing 2 December as the release date, and this confusion from Amazon I wonder if that IS the case.

I need to know, 'cause of it is I can give the £100 I borrowed off my Dad back as I'd have my own funds in place by then. I just want to KNOW WHATS GOING ON!

It's only Sunday folks. Give it a few days for QPL and Virgin staff to get back to work and see all the messages abouts faults.
Hopefully by the end of the week we will have a response.

Some of us have already spent their money (a "lot" of money, haha) for a product full of mistakes. A few words from GT or whoever about that fact would be nice.
It would be nice if those who can proof their purchase would get the corrected cds without hesitation of QP.....

The second batch of The Lot in December will contain the same errors in text as the first batch as four weeks is simply not enough time to reprint. Also if the second batch was word perfect it would be chaos with thousands of box sets being returned and masive loss of money. So get real guys it is what it is,the music is ace, errors in text dissapointing, but not the end of the world.

Amazon have just rung me again to say this HAS been withdrawn, they are not allowed to sell it, and there is no confirmed release date.
Odd cause my order is still stating "Dispatching now, Delivery estimate Tuesday 12 Nov 2013"

I will probably cry in silence if they put my order on hold now as well. I might even look for an other source to get it. I dont want to wait another few weeks.

4 weeks is more than sufficient time to rectify and issue a replacement disc service though.
Other companies manage it.

Yeah Agreed, you could knock up a printed disc with tracks on your own pc in less than 15mins, so for a company to mass produce a replacement disc.....4 weeks is 3.5 weeks too much....
Joyful the sound

Totally agree. Anyway, despite all the faults, the price now on amazon.co.uk of "the lot" is raised to 151GBP. Effects of the limited stock
Anything too stupid to be said... is sung.
