Taking the piss with a serious problem the paying customers have IS being a snarky asshole.
£100 is the biggest single music purchase I have made since the FM box set, and I don't take it very lightly to know the product is faulty and needs to be replaced even before it's arrived to me.
I would have expected GT keep his mouth shut, unless he was presenting a sincere apology and a definite plan of corrective actions.

Oh jeezus. wah wah wah. The guy is getting slammed for something he probably had very little control over as it appears to have been a production error.
He says something in jest towards someone who slammed it in joking fashion as he probably at that time still had no idea of what the response would be from the team and then within 24 hours there is a response from the team that they have been made aware and are looking into the issue.
I mean it's not like he said "Ha ha! It's faulty and fuck off I have my pristine copy, and we have your money so go suck it"
GT has a sense of humor. Maybe you should find one.

I have had so much stress about the arrival of my box set of the Lot that i have had to take an extra Diazapan, i feel bloody awfull and i dont want to go through this again.The money has left the bank phoned amazon twice,yes its on its way they say ! Tracked it down to about ten miles from my house ! Still not certain that i will get it or not ! I am happy to get my hands on this errors and all.

Well Roger was always my favourite member of Queen and i always thought his solo stuff was miles better than Brians or Freddies.When you think about it of course i would like it 100 per cent perfect,but down the years there must have been thousands of albums released with mistakes on them, probably never found.Off the top of my head Def Lep releases Pyromania deluxe edition with the discs numbered the wrong way round.Discs that are so tight in there cd sleve that you scratch them every time u take them out.

Anyway it does not look like mine are coming today although the money has left the bank.You maybe right better if they get the product right and then send them out. But it could be a long long wait.
