Just thought I'd say in case people don't know this, but for whose of you complaining about Michael Jackson's vocals, here's a treat - a Queen-only version of 'Victory' was recorded during sessions for The Works, at a very similar time to when the band laid down 'Man Made Paradise' and 'Love Kills'. Maybe Brian and Roger will take THAT recording out of the vault and polish it.
Hmmm! Maybe we will be hearing two versions on "MIH 2" then.

When was the last time Brian and Roger created a great album?...i could see Fans disapointed and moaning on Queenzone afer hearing these songs...
The last time they worked with what Freddie had left would be the answer. The only other album they have work on, together, was The Cosmos Rocks, an ok album, just not a great Queen album.
Instead of condeming what hasn't appeared yet, why not give them the chance to finish and release it then decide?
Also with a limited amount of usable material what would be the point of not releasing the MJ tracks as part of the album, Its not like other artists haven't appeared on a Queen album in the past. In the public domain an EP with Freddie and MJ on it will gain far more press coverage than a Queen album. So if they did as you suggest and release an EP it would be a sure fire way of burying the album.
I see you're point, If the album has 3 or 4 songs with Jackson the album will probably surpass MIH as Queen's best selling studio album, but I'm personally not a huge Jackson fan, so I would rather have a Queen album with only the original 4 or maybe an appearance from the Foo Fighter's or something. I don't care who's on it as long as it's good, in the end that's all that counts.

I'm not a great Jackson fan either, but if the MJ tracks help them in putting an album together we always have the skip button on what ever we are listening to the album on! :)

Wouldn't that mean something like over twenty million copies sold worldwide?! I don't think anything really comes close to that nowadays...I hope that it happens though!

Album sales are through the floor. In the uk last year, I think it was in Feb, the number one album one week sold 22,000. That figure used to be what an average number one sold in a day.
Yes it would be good to see Queen sell 20 + million, but I think those days are long gone!

It's rare, but Adele has notched up 30 million copies of "21" in just 3 years, so it can still happen.

Tru - but I'm not sure how much a 30 year old Queen track is gonna appeal to the 'a woman scorned' market?!!
