If you want to get mad about the press release being delayed, take it up with Jim Beach. I can assure you it was originally planned to be announced right before Freddie's birthday. This has become a test of patience for me as well. I don't have much info on deluxe editions. I do have to respect my favorite band and let them have some surprises for themselves.
A half-good release. I attended the Freddie For a Day event in Argentina and we had a Screening of the Hammy 75 gig. It seemed to be the same one we have seen around for the last 5 or 6 years now??
Almost no improvment at all in the visuals. The only improvment was the sound mix. And now if the only extras we get are those snippets of the budokan 75, boy, QPL are becoming extremely lazy at releasing new stuff. They could have perfectly included the hammy 79 gig as a bonus, which is longer and better(at least for me) than the 75 gig and it is something that has never been released officialy. Besides they keep complaining that they do not have the multitracks, therefore it could not be released as a standalone product, so what a better ocassion than this to let it see the light of day.
QPL SHAME ON YOU!!!!!
I hope you come up with sometihng better when you put out the press release with the complete official info. and shut me up.
If you think that 75 and 79 shows are good companions, it doesn't mean QPL must think and do the same. I'm glad Hammersmith '79 will be a separate release sooner or later. So shut up now...please.

How can you be so sure they'll release it at all? If they don't have multitracks for it they surely won't release it as a standalone release. If I wanted only one release from them, Hammy 1979 would be it.
