I'm pretty sure that if 'A Night at the Odeon' IS to be the next Queen release, Keep Yourself Alive would be split into three different tracks much like the Rainbow release[/QUOTE]
Which full well applies to their practice of creating new fictional tracks out of complete idependent songs just to make a tracklist look bigger.

Hey folks,
This blog claims to know the track listing... Video Collage for the missing tracks. Nothing about extras... Can't say how authentic this is:

That is not the case. According to this logic they should have split Rock'n'Roll medley as well, but it didn't happen.
The real reason for splitting KYA and S&D are royalties. Thus Brian has even larger portion of tracks penned by him on the same release. Also selling splitted tracks on iTunes brings more profit ) A greedy old man...

That drum solo indexing really irked me on At The Rainbow.

This has been said before, but here it goes again:
Any tracklist that opens with the Old Grey Whistle Test-theme is HIGHLY SUSPECT. There is *no reason* QPL would put that on an official release, and plenty of reasons why they wouldn't. It would mean hours upon hours upon hours of tenuous legal/copyright trouble, having to pay superfluous royalties to add something that has NO BEARING on Queen.

Would that not also apply to Bob Harris's Announcement? ;-)

This makes much more sense...

Let's hope the rehearsal+soundcheck audio CD is longer than 13 minutes.
It probably is (since the 13 minutes is probably just the soundcheck) but with QPL one never knows

CD2 is not audio CD. It's a DVD or Blu-Ray. So, there is no rehearsal or soundcheck on audio CD.
I like the DVD menu...

I think you're correct. They've propably spelled it wrong.

Looks promising, especially the extras. If it's all good, I guess imo QPL compensated well for SSOR and SWAFIB's omission from the DVD/BD.

It's not a big deficiency imo. There is no better thing than Queen Productions "started" to release 70s stuff. If someone said to us two years ago "You will have got two official releases from 70s in next two years in excellent quality" probably we didn't believe. Now, we are waiting second... In addition, it seems like this is not last.
