If it didn't happen in 1999 It probably won't happen at all..Maybe In 2021, 50 year anniversary of the band.

Why spend time on this when they are selling out concerts? Movie, books, etc, I think it's pretty evident where there priorities are. When it slows down then they might consider it to get the hard core fans back again.

We might be lucky and get a Greatest Hits & Queen forever compilation.

'Hi Brian, did you get my message a month ago about the NOTW demos? Did you get a chance to have a listen? Cheers, G
'Hi G, sorry I did get the rapidshare link but it didn't work on my Nokia? B'
'Ah OK B that might mean the link has expired. I'll ask my mate who works in IT as it might be your browser cheers G'
'Hi again B sorry for the delay. Apparently you need to try on a PC as the files won't download on your Nokia'
'Hi Brian did you try the link on a PC?'
'Hi B did you try the link?'
'Hi G - Anita says rapidshare no longer works could you send it to me on an acetate?'
'Hi B - no problem. As I've already transferred the analogue tapes into cassette so making mp3s to put them on a minidisc and get put onto acetate for you. I'll look into it'
'Hi thanks for your message - I am currently on tour and will be back in 2 months. If it's urgent badger related stuff please write to [email protected] B'
I appreciate this Dysan.
This forum really needs modernising, so we can rate posts with emojis etc. You'd get a funny from me if so.
Did anybody get/hear the soundtrack yet? (If so, if you can point me in the right direction)
I preordered it from the Queen site a month ago, but not sure when it ships out.
I want to hear the Smile hybrid version of Doin’ Alright, and the live tracks remastered. I see people uploading them on YouTube, but it gets removed immediately.

is on youtube...
"Doing alright" sounds like a mix of old and new recording mixed in leisurely manner
"Live Aid" sounds much better than before like a 8/10 too bad the guitar is in mono...

I think its unfortunately blocked in America. I think there’s a way around it with ripping the audio through a YT to MP3 site.
Thanks for the heads up!

So - the first hurdle for all the 'wait until it's released' brigade. I'm thoroughly disappointing by the tracks I was looking forward to.
So, the We Will Rock You mix is the studio version followed by a HEAVILY autotuned live performance (Earl's Court?).
Don't Stop Me Now is clearly how Brian would have mixed the song. Good fun, but the original works better.

I’m loving the drum sound on Don’t Stop Me Now.
I wish they revamped all of Jazz with that.
I’m pretty sure it’s “The Grange” program. Roger did drum samples for the company Spitfire.
I have it and use it with some of my music, that snare and kick are very recognizable.

I didnt like the we will rock you sudio to Live mix, sounds jarring to me.
Is it auto tune? or is it Marc Martel? i dunno im at work and on headphones.. but the vocals have a lot more hiss at the end of the lines.. sounds odd and what i noticed.

I don't like the new drum sound on Don't Stop Me Now. It sounds too Made In Heaven for me.
