Best thing about the Freddie tribute? Seeing John Deacon on stage pissing himself laughing at most of the singers.

Shame most of the Robert Plant stuff is missing too, that was the funniest performance of all, I was in stitches watching it, he MUST have been on something.

Strange release though, I'm a bit meh. I see it's 4:3 which is good, well done to whoever made that decision.

Its good to know that laserdisc still holds the most complete version of the concert so far....not bad for a format that went on longer than blu ray and dvd....and its better quality than DVD as well....!

it's a good news, unfortnelly, it's not the complete show, but it's more complete than the original dvd

All the same, it's still quite a worthless release.

Bring on something that's got a long-haired Freddie in it!

I've still got the original I recorded from TV on VHS all those years ago, I read somewhere Plant asked that his performance was not included on any release etc as he was not pleased by his performance he did the same thing with regards to his Live Aid show.

Great. More SHITE from QPL.
I've got my off air still and I've never watched it since and probably never will again.

Its funny - I pulled the 2-dvd version off of the shelf the other day with the intention of having a look at it again. Looked at the booklet and then thought what on EARTH am I doing? Other than Daltrey's "I Want It All" and George Michael's "Somebody To Love", there was NO reason to watch it - I was scared of the damage seeing / hearing Lisa Stansfield again would to to me and the cringe-worthy Elton / Axel duet would have possibly pushed me over the edge..........

I'm guessing it will have the same dreadful mix as on the original DVD release.

I'm not excited because we have this one already. It's like releasing another GH compilation.

I've got the complete and unedited BBC broadcast somewhere on two DVDs. Why should I buy this?

Nah, my focus is on other bands nowadays. The Beach Boys will release a new box set this summer. Excited already! :)

The Extreme Medley is listed??

I would really like the Plant Innuendo as its the only live version of this by the band, but I suppose his integrity is such that he didn't think he sang it well so asked for its removal, wheresas Gary Cherone's vocal on Hammer to Fall is re-recorded and overdubbed.
