Please tell me these will have VINYL releases as well - can't see the point of CD only ?!

The point of CD only is having the music in a convenient, but still quality sounding, tried and tested format. Yes, vinyl would be lovely and will sound great, but to say you can't see the point of CD only is stretching it a bit!

I have the first 3 albums on vinyl, which is enough for me. Releasing everything on vinyl would really push the price up.

I'd love to have all of Roger's stuff on vinyl. I've only ever come across Fun In Space in stores, which I bought.

Whether the box set comes out in vinyl format, I don't know, but I'd love to have his new album on vinyl!

I really hope there is a standalone vinyl release of the new album, as I have all of the Cross & Roger albums on vinyl. I don't see a vinyl boxset happening though.

Apart from Blue Rock, Happiness and Electric Fire all of Roger's solo & The Cross LPs are cheap as chips and plentiful on Ebay.

I would imagine it is safe to say that this box set will not be released in North America, I just hope that the DVD is playable.

Even if the DVD is regionally or format-wise not compatible with your player, there is DVD ripping software out there.

Yep, most normal DVD rippers will read the disc as a data disc and rip it to your computer completely bypassing the region coding. Also, VLC player will ignore the region coding on DVDs depending on what DVD drive you are using.

I've not yet come across a standalone DVD player that didn't have a handset hack for removing the region locking anyway. You can check if your player has a handset hack at the link below:
