Which line up of Thin Lizzy are you talking about?

Talking of bands that have come out of Ireland, at least U2 have kept their original line up who are all Irish. Lizzy started out as an Irish band but very quickly went through a number of lineup changes including guitarists from Irleland, Scotland, England and America. Strange you don't like the fact that Queen replaced two members but all your favourite bands except ABBA have changed lineups constantly.

Come on Gerry, explain your way out of that one, you probably didn't even notice the difference in Thin Lizzy with each lineup change!

Best line up of Thin Lizzy was when Scott Gorham joined the band and he is a fine guitarist that gave the band punch and style with his long hair very cool guy! You are wrong i have realised Thin Lizzy had different line ups over the years but my favourite line up was with Scott Gorham.
Queen are a different situation because they had such a powerful lead vocalist and he gave that band his heart and soul that anyone after Fred is doomed to fail no matter what the public thinks.
Abba have split up and never been foolish enough to replace members of that band that never wanted to join up again.

Scott Gorham was one of Lizzy's twin guitar line up who played with a number of other players who came and went, each giving the band a slightly different sound and style within the Lizzy formula.

He also played in the band when a keyboard player was added, so your answers that your favourite lineup was when Gorham joined the band explains nothing. . . Oh and you've made a point of belittling Americans several times through the years so I guess you have to make an exception for him.

don't forget his other favourites; Twisted Sister, Toto, Boston and Fleetwood Mac - going on for 20 more Americans there.

I have just cancelled my order for the new Queen ??? release which i had pre ordered from Amazon at the ridiculous price of £24.99.I feel so much better for doing so,i am not giving another penny to Brian and Roger, until they release something for the fan's like me and others on this site who were there at the beginning and want proper releases when Queen were Freddie,Brian,John and Roger.I urge others on this site to do the same .When this Album flops Brian might just take note, although i doubt it as he thinks Adam Lambert is the best thing since the condom was invented.

Vocal Harmony: if you and Brenski are after an argument then your wasting your time, i know you like to taunt me on here
but i am very very wise to you both now so i will not waste my time on fodder so jog on little girls.

Philip Storey : Hey well done for cancelling the new Queen + Adam Live album.
Yes Brian needs to wake up and snap out of his pet Adam attitude and start looking after all the older dedicated fans that gave him the millionaire life style and lavish life he and Roger has now.
I wont slag John off because John has more sense not to get involved. We Queen fans need something which is value for money not cheap concerts on Cd from Brian & Roger who can do what they do in there sleep with a fake lead singer like Lambert.
Our money deserves better!
Well done again Philip.

I’d forgotten this gem.

The level of stupidity this shows, then as now, can never be equalled.

It’s good to see six years later he’s still keeping the standard up
